How to File a Complaint:
Call the CPAC office number. CPAC staff will mail you a complaint form and lead you through the process.
Immediately:
If injured, see a doctor soon to preserve medical evidence. If visible damage, take photos now. If witnesses, get names, addresses and phone numbers. If you are charged, see your lawyer before making a formal complaint.
