ACLU Minutes February 9, 2005

Civil Liberty Conference
Costs $15-20 dollars per person to attend. ACLU will cover it.
Tristan Mike and Ella will attend the Friday and Saturday sessions
David Cole will be there so we will try to schmooze with him
ACLU will also cover train costs (about $9 per) to and from Boston

March 10th is the tentative date; we have reserved Salomon 101
Tristan has talked to a bevy of other groups about helping with funding $2000 honorarium, but it probably won.t end up being that much, hopefully 1000-1500. Will see how much money UFB gives us, then ask other groups.

Film Fest
Posters went up today, they look good.
Posters will be taken down on Tuesday of next week, we may put up more then
Still need to get movies from Blockbusterlla will work on that
Mike will look at getting popcorn

Tristan is working on this; has contacted Natalie Schmidt, someone from DPS and someone from TWC. Location was suggested to be moved from Wilson 309 to Wilson 102.
