Unfortunately for about as long as any of us can remember, BACH has been more or less entangled in one or another financial crisis. This is largely due to the endless rise in East Side property taxes, as well as the lack of an endowed base for us to fall back on when, for example, the roof needs to be replaced.

We are currently working on addressing this. Dubbed The Master Plan, a slew of BACH house jobs have been devoted to strengthening the corporation's overall culture, memory, and finances. This website is a core expression of the Plan. Without you, though, we won't get very far. On the financial end, mission to offer low rents prevents us from having much left over after expenses. Donations are therefore central to stablizing the BACH situation. Please consider one of the giving options below.
