Fridge Cleaner
The refrigerator(s) of BACH houses can get very nasty very quickly and someone's got to clean it up. But that someone also knows just the place to hide the best juicy tomato for herself where no one else can find it.
Lizza Weir:
First of all, fridge-cleaning is a great job ever because it's
visible, central, and easily appreciated. And it's not too difficult
if you have a high tolerance for nasty rotting things. To begin, I
take everything out of the fridges and put it all on the counter. I
compost everything that is non-edible (usually trying to get some type
of confirmation from mingling present co-opers). I then use a rag to
clean the insides of both fridges (so the mop/rag person must do their
job and clean the rags, and it is your job to remind them if they
forget! this is very important!). Then I consolidate old containers of
still-edible leftovers and condiments and place everything back, neat
and orderly, into the fridge. Finally I just wash all of the old
containers and put them in the drying rack.
