Keeper of the Master Plan

Running the Master Plan probably should be a more than one person task. But at minimum, somebody should do it. At core it entails developing stronger ties with alumni and keeping them active in the organization. There are a few basic tasks that at minimum should always be attended to.

- maintaining the website (see Web Mechanist)
- producing Bachanalia on a regular basis
- maintaining the alumni address database
- organizing a reunion
- approaching and securing potential donors

Kevin Novell, BACH 2002-2005:
- Create a week-by-week plan of goals and tasks for the team that lets us meet the followiung goals: website upkeep, a memorial day reunion, an up to date contact list of alums, a newsletter each semester, alumni communications and fundraising.
- Occasionally go to board; shit-talk.
- Develop and implement a fundraisin' strategy.
- Make large asks.
- Constantly mooch burnable CDs from Nathan.
- Organize the reunion.
- Sit on Findy porch for 16 hours straight to write the newsletter; chain smoke.
