Registration Deadlines

Registration is done primarily online. The absolute deadline for signing up will be November 2nd. Payment should be received by this date as well. If you cannot sign up on the Web, you may send in your registration via USPS (address below). It must arrive by the 1st of November.

Late registration: we will allow late registrations on site (with a $10 late fee) at our discretion. Specifically, we will disallow registrations that would force us to run additional heats, since we need to calculate our schedule in advance.

The cost of the competition is $30 for student competitors and $40 for non-student competitors. There is a $10 admission charge for spectators, $3 with student ID (spectators need not pay in advance), and free for Brown students. Please make all checks payable to Brown Ballroom Dance Team, and send them by the registration deadline to:

We prefer that each team send a single check with all their entry fees, but please remember to send a list of who the check is paying for.
