Equipment schedule coming soon.

To reserve BTV equipment, studio, or editing suite email the corresponding person(s) for the time(s) you are requesting. If you reservation time requires you to sign out the equipment or space during one shift and sign it back in during another shift you will need to email both people.

All reservation requests are to be made by email with at least one weeks notice and are to be carbon copied ("CC"ed) to Benjamin_Aisen@brown.edu. Last minute reservations will be accepted at the discretion of the individual staff members.

Weekend reservations include Friday night after 5:00pm.

No reservation can be made after 10:00pm without special permission. All equipment must be returned to Faunce House before 2:00am unless written permission is obtained.
