Meditation is held on the 2nd floor of Manning Chapel. Please arrive promptly. If you are new, please arrive five minutes in advance to receive instruction.
MONDAY: 7:30-8pm Chanting and Sitting 8pm Dharma Talk or Extra Sitting TUESDAY through FRIDAY: 4-5pm Sitting SATURDAY and SUNDAY: 4pm Meet at Manning to walk to RISD Museum for Sitting
