Comprised of six houses, with room for 585 students, Keeney Quad is home to more first-year students than any other dorm. The Quad encloses two large courtyards and contains study lounges and a full-service exercise facility.

First-year students are typically assigned one roommate and live in a "unit" comprised of fellow freshmen. Three Residential Peer Leaders support each unit, and are a resource for students, transitioning to college life.
