Conference registration will occur at the hotel on Friday, February 19, 1999 from 3pm to 8pm.

Hotel Accommodations

All accommodations for ECASU registrants will be provided by the Holiday Inn of Downtown Providence. The hotel is located right off of Interstate 95, and just minutes away from Brown University. Nearby Downtown attractions include Federal Hill and its fine Italian restaurants, The Providence Civic Center and its shows, and The Providence Performing Arts Center and its productions.

Costs

All rooms at the Holiday Inn are $85 per night plus 12% tax. This includes singles through quads. The cost of cots is $12 per night. Reservations can be made via phone to the Holiday Inn at (401)831-3900. You must make your reservation by January 25, 1999 in order to guarantee your rooms at the hotel. If you would like a smoking room, please indicate this in your reservation. Questions can be directed to Christine Klase at the Holiday Inn. Parking at the hotel is $5 per day for hotel guests.

Shuttle Service

Shuttle service will be provided free of charge 24 hours from Kennedy Plaza bus station, T.F. Green Airport, and Amtrak Train Station. Call the Holiday Inn upon arrival at (401)831-3900.

Free shuttle service will be provided to and from Brown's campus for the entire weekend.

A space for luggage will be provided on Sunday for all hotel guest between the time hotel check-out and departure from Providence.
