Program Structure
Students of participating high schools may involve themselves in the P.A.T.H.E INITIATIVE in one of two ways: the Ad Hoc Program or the Certification Program.
Ad Hoc Program
The Ad Hoc Program allows students the leisure to participate in a variety of workshops at their discretion and in accord with their personal interests and ambitions. The Ad Hoc Program, however, does not provide students an officially recognized and sealed certificate of achievement from the fraternity. In lieu, students are afforded the freedom of selecting workshops of preference at random without meeting a required criterion.
Certification Program
Participants in the Certification Program are involved in workshops that concentrate on both practical knowledge and skills of a particular leadership development area. The workshops will be facilitated primarily by successful and involved college students with exposure to collegiate administrators and alumni of diverse careers and interests. The certification process occurs at 3 tiered track levels for continual student growth. This program has a required minimal criterion in order to attain an official certificate and co-curricular transcript.
Co-Curricular Transcript
The Co-Curricular Transcript is an effective tool utilized to record and monitors all leadership and organizational involvement of students involved in the Certification Program. As such, students will meet with members of the fraternal chapter to proactively discuss and address their current/future goals and objectives. The fraternal member serves as a direct mentor to the student(s), thus providing invaluable knowledge and experience.
Leadership Track Course
Students will be assigned to a designated track course contingent upon completion of the first level. Completion of each level merits an official fraternal certificate of achievement.
Emerging Leaders - Track #1
Established Leaders - Track #2
Experienced Leaders - Track #3
