Application for Lecture Board Co-Sponsorships

 

Unfortunately due to budget cuts imposed by UFB, we will not be distributing money for co-sponsorships during the 08-09 school year. In the case that circumstances change and we do have funding to offer other student groups, the co-sponsorship application can be found below. What experience does this speaker have? What kind of presentation might we expect? Who do you think this speaker/event would appeal to? Why is it important to have this speaker at Brown?

If we recognize several groups planning similar events, we will suggest co-operation between these two groups in our decisions about co-sponsorships.

In order to best distribute our resources, we need some information about the budget for this event:

Please describe your fund-raising process (for example, other organizations you have petitioned for money, fund-raisers you have organized, etc.).
