Evidence: Thank you Letter to Central Faculty and Staff
Description of Artifact:
This thank you letter addresses the entire Central High School staff explaining our appreciation for being a part of the school community throughout the student teaching experience. In the letter, I and another student teacher explain to the Central teachers what we received from this experience and what we learned from all of them through observations.

Reflection:
Throughout the semester, David Krakow (a MAT Candidate also teaching at Central) and I spent one class period each day observing in different teachers' classrooms. By participating in these observations and being involved in various school activities, we were able to feel like a valuable part of the Central High School Community. This thank you letter that we wrote and distributed to the teachers gave us an opportunity to share our gratitude for the community we were a part of. By explaining what we learned from the observations, we developed our relationship with our colleagues and maintained our part in the school community.
