Feel free to attach any appropriate and relevant documents to this proposal, including price quotes and co-sponsorship information. Copying Line Item Supplement Request Form
Due to cancellation of the UCS/BDH contract, UFB is offering all groups whose copying needs are no longer being met a supplement to your copying line item. In order to ensure the most appropriate allocation of this funding, we ask you to list your events for the Spring semester, along with an approximate amount of publicity funds necessary for each event. Please fill out the above form and e-mail it to your representative by January 26.
