Committees

The Office of International Affairs convenes multiple ad hoc and standing committees to address particular concerns related to the advancement of Brown’s internationalization initiative.  Below is a list and brief description of current International Affairs Committees.

Standing Committees:

The International Affairs Advisory Board (IAAB) advises the Vice President of International Affairs on how Brown through its academic mission can contribute to solving global problems, and how solving global problems in turn, can contribute to our core academic goals.

The International Coordinating Council (ICC) is a committee of Brown University administrators responsible for internationally-related issues across campus.

The International Affairs Faculty Committee (IAFC) is charged with developing and carrying out review procedures for faculty and graduate student funding requests exceeding $2,000.
