Come to this session, featuring Profs. Bjorn Sandstede (Chair, Applied Math; Associate Director, ICERM) and Kevin McLaughlin (Dean of the Faculty; Professor of English, Comparative Literature, and German Studies, and former Chair, English). Profs. Sandstede and McLaughlin will share their insights on the development of mentorship skills throughout their career stages, and those aspects of mentorship that have been particularly important or effective. This session will be held in a “fireside chat” format to encourage interaction and collegial conversations. Brown bag lunch, dessert and drinks provided.
