We're looking for an experienced nanny to spend 2 and a half days a week with our girls for the summer. They are twins, will be 5 years old in May, and love to be outside or playing make believe or telling stories. They are sweet and good natured and love to be active. We have a membership at an outdoor pool club in Seekonk where you would take them for swim lessons two days a week (Monday/Wednesday) and on Thursday afternoons you'd pick them up at a little farm in Rehoboth. We live on the East Side near many playgrounds. We are a friendly, relaxed family and are looking for someone who wants to have a fun summer playing with our little ones.
I own a multi-unit rental property in Providence and need someone to help me with maintenance and repair tasks (gardening, trash hauling, cleaning, painting, hanging drywall, minor carpentry). Looking for someone with some pretty good experience – ideally, family or professional experience in construction, property management, working on a painting crew. Though you would often be assisting me, having the experience to handle tasks independently is a big plus. Approximately one day or two ½ days per week (7-12 hours total) at $12+ per hour (I'll pay more if you have lots of experience and are handling things well).
Seeking a kind, patient, energetic, exceptionally reliable person with a good sense of humor to care for our 9 year old son and 6 year old daughter in our home in Barrington. Consistent hours throughout the school year and summer: Monday 2:45-6:15, Tuesday 2:45-6:15, and Friday 2:45-5 (occasional Fridays until 6:15). The ideal candidate would also be able to cover sick days and vacation days if necessary. Willingness to help fold the children's laundry and empty the dishwasher would be a plus, but is not required.
