To provide the best guidance to students and alumni, Health Careers Advising offers information sessions, group and individual advising that address all aspects of the preparation for study and careers in health and medicine.
Unless otherwise noted, all information sessions are in CareerLAB, 167 Angell Street.
INFORMATION SESSIONS: 2013-2014
FOR FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS AND OTHERS NEW TO THE HEALTH CAREERS TRACK
All students new to the pre-med/health careers track should attend one of our sessions during the fall or spring semesters. Students must attend a session before meeting with George Vassilev.

APPLICANT SEMINARS FOR STUDENTS AND ALUMNI INTERESTED IN 2015 ADMISSION TO HEALTH CAREERS SCHOOLS
All students and alumni near campus interested in applying for 2015 admission are required to attend one of the 5 dates for APPLICANT SEMINAR #1 as well as APPLICANT SEMINAR #6. We strongly encourage all potential applicants to participate in the other four applicant seminars. Alumni far from campus can access Applicant Seminar #1 on December 3 4-5pm ET via Webex.
Attendance at one of the APPLICANT SEMINAR #1 dates is also required before meeting with George Vassilev or Andrew Simmons to discuss your application. Students or alumni near campus who have not attended will not be able to submit an HCAD or register for an interview with a member of the Health Careers Advisory Committee. Alumni far from campus should contact Health Careers Advising late in the fall to discuss their backgrounds and plans.
NOTE: All potential applicants must submit all necessary information on time in accordance with the Timetable and Deadlines for the 2015 Application Process.
