Natasha is a student staffer for the Swearer Center for Public Service and Social Innovation Initiative, where she is the Social Media Manager and assists in Communications and Outreach. She creates and manages content on social media, websites, and the weekly What's Up Newsletter to communicate opportunities, events, and stories for members of the Brown community interested in public service and social innovation. Through these activities, she hopes to raise awareness at Brown, in Providence, and around the world about the inspiring projects, programs, and opportunities run through the Swearer Center and Social Innovation Initiative.
Natasha grew up in Warwick, Rhode Island. As an undergraduate Development Studies concentrator, she hopes to use her interdisciplinary academic coursework to work internationally on issues such as gender equality, healthcare, education, and social innovation. She is a 2013 CV Starr Fellow and has been a tutor for BRYTE (Brown Refugee Youth Tutoring and Enrichment) since coming to Brown.
