The Student Creative Arts Council at Brown organizes students from different disciplines and departments to affect university policy, and to forge a more direct path to the people who make decisions that affect the undergraduate experience. The SCAC is responsible for:

• jurying Student Grant Award applications and tracking grant recipients
• planning the Fall MESH events and the Spring Arts Festival
• establishing communication between disciplines in the arts
• representing student needs to the CAC
