It is with great sadness that I report to you the death of Kolajo Paul Afolabi, adjunct lecturer of education in the fall semester. Our thoughts are with his family and his friends.

Kolajo suffered from a severe head injury during his morning jog and passed away at the hospital yesterday morning, September 22. He was a doctoral student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and was working on his dissertation on college access. Kolajo earned his BA with Honors in Public Policy at Brown in 2003.
