Student Research Grants in Judaic Studies

The Program in Judaic Studies aims to promote and support the study of Jews and Judaism across Brown. To that end, we announce research grants for Brown undergraduate andgraduate students working in related fields. Funds may be used in a wide variety of ways,across Brown. To that end, we announce research grants for Brown undergraduate andgraduate students working in related fields. Funds may be used in a wide variety of ways,including acquisition of research materials, traveling to research sites, etc. Preference willbe given to those who have taken courses in or who plan to work with an adviser in theProgram in Judaic Studies. Grant proposals can be for as little as $250 but should not exceed $1000.

Application materials should be sent to Tracy_Miller@brown.edu and should include a 1-2 page description of the project that explains how the student will use the funds. Theapplication shouldStudies will accept applications at any point in the academic year for as long as funds areavailable.
