The  Office of Biomed Faculty Affairs (BMFA) supports faculty in the lifesciences and clinical departments in their research, teaching, and clinical functions.  Areas of focus for the the BMFA include  faculty recruitment, appointments, retention, promotion, mentoring, diversity, professional development, and governance.
