The intensive prospect camp is designed for the wrestler who wants to maximize their potential through technical development, hard drilling, live wrestling, off-season strength and conditioning, and the Brown University experience. This camp will push you throughout the week and allow college prospects to show off their abilities in front of collegiate coaches from all division levels. Take advantage of this opportunity to be on an Ivy League Campus and display your wrestling skills.

Along with training in an elite Division I wrestling facility, campers will be exposed to hands-on world class technique from our accomplished staff. Each session will allow athletes an opportunity to experience top level training with various workout partners in an intense training environment. Campers will also get one-on-one time with current Brown University staff, athletes, and other collegiate coaches, as they learn and train alongside staff counselors and other campers.

Dining: Meals are served in the Brown University dining hall prior to each session. We offer an “All you can Eat” menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner for residents. Commuters will receive lunch and dinner throughout the camp.

Pool, Free Time, & Campus Tour: Campers will have the opportunity to play games, watch video, interact with other campers, and use the new indoor pool inside the Nelson Fitness Center outside of the camp sessions. The new indoor pool will be used throughout the camp as a training and free time facility. Free swim times and more information will be available at registration.
