Registration Information

How do I register for camp?

Once on a camp page and click on the ENROLL NOW link, this will  take you to a registration page. Camp registration fees can be paid online via Credit Card (MC/Visa/AMEX/Discover) or ACH (electronic check):  ACH payments can only be processed by using a US personal checking or savings account. Corporate accounts are not allowed.

When does camp registration close?

Online Camp registration closes 4 business days prior to the start of camp or once camp reaches capacity. Please check individual camp pages for camp specific information.

Is there a waitlist for sold out camps?

Yes, there is a waitlist for sold out camp. Please email sportscamps@brown.edu to be added to a camp waitlist.  You will be contacted if a slot becomes available in the camp.

Do you accept walk in registrations?

Yes, we accept walk in registrations at camp check-in provided there is space left in the camp.  Walk in registration can be paid for via credit card or check made payable to ‘Brown University’. Please check camp specific pages for availability updates.

Payment Information

When are payments due?

All sports camp fees must be paid in full at time of registration. Walk-in registration may be available onsite during the camp check in on a first come first serve basis pending availability in the camp. Please visit specific camp pages for details. 

Do camps offer any scholarships or discounts?

NCAA recruiting rules prohibit us from offering scholarships or other financial aid to campers.  Some camps do however offer discounts available to all individuals on an equal basis unrelated to athletics, please visit specific camp pages for details. 

Who can pay for camp fees?

In accordance with NCAA Compliance bylaws, third parties may not provide payment for an individual’s camp fees. Camp fees must come from those who the individual is dependent on.

What payment methods are accepted?

ACH (electronic check): This method will be accepted for camp fee payments. ACH payments can only be processed by using a US personal checking or savings account. Corporate accounts are not allowed.
Credit Cards (MC/Visa/AMEX/Discover) are accepted for camp fee payments.

***ACH Payment Returns: ACH payment clearing failures due to insufficient funds, incorrect account information, etc. will be notified via email.

Refund Information

What is your refund policy?

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email at sportscamps@brown.edu and must be received no later than seven (7) days after the completion of the sports camp.

Refunds are only permitted up to 30 days before the start of camp. For commuters and day camps a refund may be granted, less a $100 administrative fee.  For residential camps a refund may be granted, less a $250 administrative fee. 

After the 30-day window, only requests supported with proper medical documentation demonstrating illness or injury that prevents the camper from participating in camp will receive a refund minus the administrative fees. 

48 Hour Registration Grace Period: If you register for a camp in error and subsequently would like to cancel your registration, you must notify us via email at sportscamps@brown.edu within 48 hours from the time you registered.  A full refund will be given provided written documentation is received within the 48 hour window.
