The Center houses a subject library including course reserves and research texts for students of the public humanities. The library is located on the second floor of the Nightingale Brown House.
The Library, which is independent of the holdings of the Brown library system, now contains over 2,500 volumes and is accessible to MA students, fellows and faculty. A searchable catalogue of the texts in the Public Humanities Library is available.
Once you've located a text in the catalogue, look at the 'subject tag', which identifies on what shelf the book physically lives!
Students in the MA program may borrow texts via a sign out process, but in-building use is preferred.
