Cory graduated summa cum laude from Tulane University in 2010 with a double major in Economics and Political Economy.  At Brown Cory has pursed courses in health policy and quantitative analysis. Since January 2012, Cory has worked as an intern and a consultant to Rhode Island’s Office of the Health Insurance Commissioner (OHIC).  Cory supports OHIC’s health insurance rate review activities and has designed a process for monitoring insurer compliance with OHIC’s new insurer-specific caps on average premium increases in the small and large group markets.
