Erica is originally from Gardner, MA.  She attended UMASS Amherst where she earned a B.B.A in Management.  After graduating, Erica spent time volunteering for the DREAM Project in Cabarete, Dominican Republic.  She currently works for RISE, a scholarship and mentoring program for children of incarcerated parents in Rhode Island.  Her focus is education policy.
