Hilary McConnaughey is a recent graduate of Colgate University where she majored in Political Science and Sociology and Anthropology. She intends to focus her policy studies on the topics of law and justice, specifically the administration of justice within institutions such as courts, jails, prisons, etc. After her degree, she hopes to continue with research and provide technical assistance to agencies involved with criminal justice.
