Kelsey is a graduate of Oberlin College where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Politics and French with a concentration in International Studies.  She spent the last year working as an AmeriCorps VISTA for South Carolina Campus Compact.  Kelsey hopes to focus on Environmental Policy, specifically Renewable Energy Policy.
