Patrick M. Tigue is a Principal Policy Associate at the State of Rhode Island Office of the Health Insurance Commissioner as well as an Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy at Brown University. Previously Mr. Tigue was a Senior Policy Analyst at Community Catalyst, Business Development Coordinator at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island, and Clinical Project Assistant at the Harvard Clinical Research Institute. He holds a master's degree in public policy from Brown University and a bachelor's degree in English from the College of the Holy Cross.
