Who is eligible to request a ticket?
All current Brown University students, faculty, and staff may request 1 (one) ticket per ID beginning at Noon on Monday, Sept. 24. All remaining tickets will be open to the community at large beginning at Noon on Thursday, September 27.
Tickets are not transferable. The name on the ticket must match the photo ID presented at the door.
How many tickets may I obtain?
Brown students, faculty, and staff may request 1 (one) ticket per ID beginning on Sept. 24. Beginning on Sept. 27, guests requesting tickets may request up to 2 (two) tickets per registration.
What do I need to bring with me the day of the event?
You are required to bring a printed ticket and a photo ID (either a Brown ID or a federal or state-issued photo ID). Guests will not be admitted without both of these items.
Is my ticket transferable?
No, tickets are not transferable.
May I show my ticket on my mobile device at the door?
No. Guests are asked to have a printed version of their ticket and a photo ID.
What should I do if I lost my ticket?
Lost tickets will not be reissued.
When will the doors open and close?
The doors will open at 11:30 AM. Doors will close at 1:15 PM, and all guests must be in their seats by 1:30 PM. Guests arriving after 1:15 PM will not be admitted.

Is there assigned seating?
Seating is general admission on a first come, first served basis. Guests will not be permitted to reserve seats for others.

May I bring a bag?
Large bags (including laptop cases and back packs) are not allowed. Small bags such as purses are permitted, but are subject to check.
