Who is eligible to request a ticket?

All current Brown University students, faculty, and staff may request 1 (one) ticket per ID beginning on Monday, February 17.

How many tickets may I obtain?

Brown students, faculty, and staff may request 1 (one) ticket per ID.

What do I need to bring with me the day of the event?

You are required to bring a printed ticket and a photo ID (either a Brown ID or a federal or state-issued photo ID). Guests will not be admitted without both of these items.

Is my ticket transferable?

No, tickets are not transferable.

May I show my ticket on my mobile device at the door?

No. Guests are asked to have a printed version of their ticket and a photo ID.

What should I do if I lost my ticket?

Lost tickets will not be reissued.

When will the doors open and close?

The doors will open 1 hour prior to lecture and close 15 minutes prior to lecture. Guests arriving after doors have closed will not be admitted.

Is there assigned seating?

Seating is general admission on a first come, first served basis. Guests will not be permitted to reserve seats for others.

Are cameras allowed?

No

Are laptops allowed?

No.

May I bring a bag?

Large bags (including laptop cases and back packs) are not allowed. Small bags such as purses are permitted, but are subject to check.

Will this event be simulcast?

The event will be web streamed live and available for viewing online. It will also be simulcast to Salomon 001
