Lunch is served Monday to Friday 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM.
Dinner is served Wednesday to Saturday 5:00 - 8:00 PM seasonally.
The Club is closed for Breakfast other than functions and also Monday and Tuesday nights for a la Carte Dinner.

Mary J. Hogan

Mary comes with over 27 years in the field of hospitality. She began her career in management as the Manager for the Smithsonian of Natural History's Associate Court. She moved quickly through the ranks with Daka Restaurants, now Compass Group, within Northeastern University. She managed the Northeastern University's Faculty Club, Director of Quality Assurance and Training and then became the Director of Operations for over 11M in sales. Mary is serving her second year as the Region 2 Director for the Association of College and University Clubs. Mary is also a member of Les Dames Escoffier and the New England Chapter of Club Managers Association. In her last position, Mary was the General Manager for the state-of – art Conference Center in Ashland, Massachusetts, the Warren Conference Center and Inn. She served as co-chair and chair for the International Association of Conference Centers in 2002 and 2003. Mary brings a strong background in food and beverage, fine dining, hotel and related conferences services' segments of the hospitality business to the Brown Faculty Club's members and guests. Mary received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire at Keene. Additionally, she received her certification in Meeting Management from Bentley College.

Executive Chef Dave Chabot has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. He started as a cook in a local "Fish & Chips" restaurant at the tender age of 14. His love of food has led him to many culinary adventures in New England and beyond. After years of living, cooking, and playing music in the greater Providence area, Dave moved to Vermont and became the Executive Chef at the prestigious Swift House Inn in Middlebury, where he became committed to local, seasonal, and sustainable cuisine. He then moved to Delaware to take on the challenge of a larger operation and develop his culinary talents further with a "New American" flair and exposure to larger events. Chef Dave has been pleasing guests at the Faculty Club, with his New England roots and influences from around the globe, since 2005.

Cheryl has served a number of roles at The Brown Faculty Club since 1989. In 1992, Cheryl was appointed the Club's Function Manager. Throughout her career, she has had the pleasure of planning countless exceptional and memorable events with University departments, external organizations, our club members, families and friends. Cheryl denotes a commitment to superior customer service and plans each event to personally reflect your expectations. She constantly explores new and creative ideas, suggesting local, seasonal, ethnic, and theme menus. Her diverse event designs include: Weddings, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Anniversaries, Baby and Bridal Showers, Graduation Celebrations, Retirements, Workshops, Conferences, Business meetings and more. Cheryl's daily objective is to make each event significant and unique in every way imaginable.
