However, the United States has strict regulations regarding foreign workers. To be successful in your job search as an international student you must plan ahead, and be knowledgeable and up-to-date regarding immigration requirements and regulations that affect employment eligibility based on visa status. Becoming familiar with advising on campus, most significantly with the resources of the Office of International Student & Scholar Services (OISSS) and CareerLAB, is a vital first step in the process.

World to Work: A Program for International Students
World to Work is a program is for international students who are considering working the United States after graduation. Listen as alumni and participants detail what they've learned along the way. The half-day program occurs in the fall and includes speakers and a panel of alumni who have successfully transitioned to a work visa.
