Thanks to Maggie, we have a Consultant Contact List!

Most people probably know this, but for those consultants (like myself) who are new to Macs, a quick tip on using the Logitech mice in Grad Center: For some reason the middle click (press-down on scroll wheel) is linked to Dashboard by default. Since you can't use the Mouse system preferences control to remap the buttons on the Logitech mice, go to System Preferences > Dashboard & Expose instead. Switch all the mouse option tabs to "-" (null) to reclaim middle-click functionality.

The Masterly Mac Pros in Grad were not recognizing the ducky DV decks - I found that you can solve this problem by flippin' unplugging the power cable of the DV deck, and re-plugging it.
Then you can check system profiler to see if it recognizes the device as a SR-VS30. Prior to doing this they were showing up as shoddy "unknown device"s and were not functioning with proper MML-worthy acumen.
