Residence Hall Telephone Services
Information for students
Each dormitory room or suite is equipped with one active telephone line. This service includes local calling (Providence Metro Area) and features such as call waiting, caller ID, and Voicemail (opt-in service)
Telephone services is pre-activated in your residence hall room. Simply plug an analog telephone into the jack. If you do not know your phone number, dial “0” and one of the operators will tell you.

Voicemail service for dorm residents can be provisioned with individual mailboxes for each occupant (eg. Press 1 for Mike; press 2 for Tom).
Cost: All costs are included in your room rate except for long distance calls
