Urban Threshold Walk

An interstitial space of transition that separates two distinct spatial qualities. These are not the bleeding of the separated areas, but unintentional spaces of flux that are atmospherically fragmented while physically connective. They open up urban zones, expanding proximate conditions through passages where the perception of time, sound, topography, and direction are disjuncted from their linkages to the urban fabric.
