Users who have recently graduated have until late September (the exact date varies, but usually around the 25th) before their account gets deleted. Users cannot convert their student accounts into alumni accounts. They MUST either forward their email to another email account or download all email to their computer using an email client. For more information on setting up an alumni email account visit the Brown Alumni Page

sometimes a users' mailbox becomes full and begins rejecting email, make sure you check your "myAccount"home page , where you can see an itemized summary of your quota usage. The culprits tend to be Inbox, Sent Messages or Deleted Items, sometimes even Drafts.
