"If We Want to Win" is a collection of essays that adds Latine voices to public discourse not only on the hot-button issues of our times but to point out how our democracy can move ahead stronger and better. The authors relate their personal stories and their expertise in such fields as virtually eliminating juvenile incarceration, transit and environmental planning, women’s rights, social and racial justice, and leveraging diaspora influence to lift Latin America.

Diana Campoamor is the Founder of Nuestra América Fund (NAF), an initiative focused on documenting Latino leadership and best practices in philanthropy. Prior to NAF, Ms. Campoamor served as President of Hispanics in Philanthropy (HIP) for nearly 27 years.
