• Monday, March 3. Last day to finalize orders for Commencement Week.

• Monday, March 14. You will receive a confirmation e-mail and number.

• Thursday, May 1. Last day to finalize count.
  

• Monday, May 19 – Sunday, May 25. Commencement Week.

Dear Brown Community,

Once again, it’s time to start the preparation for one of the most exciting times on campus, Commencement and Reunion Weekend. There will be literally hundreds of events that need food. What is a celebration without great food? This is where Brown Catering can help.

Brown University Catering looks forward to assisting you with the planning of your festivities. Whether your function is for ten guests or 2008, Brown University Catering provides experienced catering professionals to offer advice and plan your special event. Our professional chefs use only the freshest ingredients to make your meal a flavorful sensation. Personal attention from our experienced staff ensures that you will receive the perfect event that you had planned.

We will collaborate with you to satisfy your specific needs, personal tastes and special detail such as vegetarian meals, special diets, linens and flowers. If you have unique requests, simply let us know and we will always try to come up with a solution that works.

Suggested menus, ordering guidelines, and planning tips are included in this packet. Hopefully, it will help you in the initial stages of planning your event.

We have the greatest chance of success with all events if the information on Service Orders and IPR’s is provided to us by the time frame requested.  This is Monday, March 3, 2008.  If you would like an estimate or need help planning your event, contact the Catering Office as soon as February 1st to schedule your appointment.
