Affectionately known as the "Ratty", the Sharpe Refectory is arguably the social center of campus, serving over 1,500 students per meal. The Refectory is located on Wriston Quad and offers buffet-style dining. Tables are arranged around the central food lines, and there are front and back "caves" that create cozy corners to share a meal. The Refectory offers continuous all-you-care-to-eat service 7 days a week.
Cereal station - 15+ cereals, plus skim, whole, and soy milk (all meals)
Fruit stations - bananas, kiwis, oranges, and local apples, pears and peaches when in season (all meals)
Sandwich stations - breads, spreads and panini grills
Dessert stations - homemade cakes, pies and cookies from our own Bakeshop, soft-serve ice cream (lunch and dinner)
Omelet bar - choose from a variety of vegetables, meat and egg styles (breakfast and lunch)
Salad bar - a freshly prepared cornucopia of greens, veggies, beans, hard-boiled eggs, tofu, tunafish, cheeses, seeds, fruit and dressings; during the harvest months, much of the salad bar is fresh from the fields of Rhode Island farms (lunch and dinner)
Fresh bread - handcrafted in our Bakeshop (dinner)
