IT Governance determines which proposed information technology projects will receive resources. It consists of an executive committee and four subcommittees, which meet on a regular basis to review project proposals. All IT projects must be reviewed and approved by the appropriate subcommittee before work commences. Subcommittees must forward proposals to the executive committee.
