Multimedia Labs
The Multimedia Labs are multi-computer teaching facilities dedicated to the examination, analysis, and production of work in the arts and humanities using emergent computer technologies. We provide equipment and support for the production of graphics, hypertext, video, animation and sound.

MyCourses (Course Management System)
MyCourses is Brown's implementation of the Blackboard Learn course management system (formerly WebCT). MyCourses is accessed via a web browser and has a collection of built-in tools for uploading of content, communication, collaboration, assignments and assessments.

Network Vulnerability Scanning
The Information Security Group performs regularly scheduled and ad-hoc scanning of network and web services to identify vulnerabilities, ensure security standards, and maintain regulatory compliance.

On-site Problem Resolution
If a problem cannot be resolved over the phone via the central CIS Help Desk, IT Support Consultant can make an on-site visit to campus-based faculty and staff offices. This service is provided on an appointment-basis, at the discretion of the IT Support team.
Online Course Reserves (OCRA)
Online Course Reserves Access (OCRA) is a service used to place books and other physical media on reserve and to create electronic reserves: links to ebooks and other online content, digitization of articles, book chapters, full-length movies, short video clips, and audio files. Links to reserves in all formats can be added to a MyCourses site.
