Audio & Video Recording and Editing (Media Production)
The Media Production Group provides video and audio recording (production) and editing (post-production) services. Users can request this service if you need assistance start-to-finish or for just part of the process. MPG staff can shoot video and have equipment such as lighting, HD cameras, microphones, a small HD field monitor and a live-switcher. During post-production, your content is edited and made available for viewing on the web or on physical media (DVD/CD). Additionally,video editing can include graphic effects and animation. Faster turnaround is available for time-sensitive content, such as Brown events and class lectures.
This service may be requested by completing an on-line form or emailing Media_Production@brown.edu.
Free for university events and work related to academic curricula. There is a charge for late requests and other productions.
