CIS' Service & Repair group is certified to repair Brown-owned iPhones and iPads, regardless of whether the repair is covered under Apple’s warranty. Repairs are conveniently completed during an appointment at the service window, located on the first floor of the CIT building at 115 Waterman Street.

Appointments must be made in advance by emailing Computer_Service@brown.edu with:
- your contact information
- cell number
- model of the device
- serial number (found under Settings > General > About)
- a description of the problem.
Warranty repairs are at no cost, non-warranty repairs will be charged to the department using the same account to which the phone is billed.
