The Benefits of Blended Learning at Brown

Transforming Leaders. Transforming Healthcare.

"The balance between on-campus and online learning has allowed me to stretch my capabilities and talents to new levels, and the variety of perspectives, knowledge and expertise among faculty, guest speakers, and my fellow classmates has been invigorating and inspirational."
-EMHL Class of 2015 student

Brown’s blended learning programs offer students the best of online and on-campus learning. Each program provides a rich and engaging student experience, designed to meet the needs and schedules of busy working professionals.

Residential sections of the course are designed to create strong personal bonds between students and faculty through lively lectures and discussions, as well as on and off-campus events.

Online, students further develop these connections with their student peers and faculty through thoughtfully curated content, meaningful coursework, challenging discussions, and collaborative projects designed to allow students to connect with and learn from others.
