Obtaining a User ID for FastLane or eRA Commons

 

 

FastLane

 

To obtain an NSF ID for FastLane, please contact Shelly Hull at Shelly_Hull@brown.edu and provide the following information:

 

  • Have you ever had a FastLane account at any other institution? If so, what is your NSF ID?
  • Full name
  • Email address (Brown's email address is preferred)
  • Phone number
  • Will you be either a PI, Co-PI, or Postdoc? If so, what department here at Brown will you be working with?
  • What is the highest degree you have received and what year did you receive it?

 

eRA Commons

 

To obtain a User ID for eRA Commons, please click the link below and complete and submit the form.  OSP will contact you as soon as you are set up in eRA Commons.  Questions on the form should be directed to OSP - (401) 863-2777.

*Note* - Effective October 2014 -  NIH will start requiring an eRA Commons ID for all individuals in graduate and undergraduate student roles who participate in NIH-funded projects for at least one person month or more.
