The office of International Research Administration strives to foster, encourage, and enhance international research. We facilitate international collaborations and help assure compliance with Brown University policy, as well as state and federal rules, regulations, and laws.
We provide the following:
- Frequent outreach to departments and individual faculty with current and future international collaborations
- Assistance with understanding and implementing complex intellectual property
- Support for faculty and projects to further the international research goals of the University
- Resources and assistance necessary to meet export control compliance requirements for international collaborations
