| Description |
The primary goal of this program is to establish institutional partnerships that will create and leverage a virtual network of leading experts who will help USAID solve distinct global development challenges. This network will help USAID identify new solutions and by working together, save money and improve results over time. Applicants are encouraged to think creatively and offer new ideas that will address development challenges in a manner that can be scaled and made sustainable by local country governments in order to reduce the need for foreign assistance over time. |
